Posters.. Be Aware... Gaslighting, Sabatoge I enjoy some posters views here, though don't try to gaslight as Con Chen and Watsa are dirty, and the evidence is clearly traceable. Con Chen and Watsa are crooks, and have been deliberately destroying the company for many years, while doing mass amounts of SP manipulation and insider trading.
For example you can not honestly believe that the orchastrated MEME run up which delivered Con Chen 3/5 of his Share Performance Units was not designed to deliver him his bonus, (paid upfront) so he could then deliberately destroy the company through organized fraudulent actions such the fake patent sale, where he did not collect revenue on liscencing fees for 9 quarters which helped in the support of the decimation of the EPS..
Review the past compensation and how Watsa utilized his Shell companies to short BB so he could get the $100 million discount on his most recently renewed CDs..
Review the history of the filings, it's all there, this group are criminals and it seems as if Watsa is looking to steal this company (private) after robbing all he could from the market.
Watsa is going to be called out on this throughout, as he supported the Con Chen and the compensation for miserable performance for one reason, as it's all be a fabrication to intentionally destroy the company up to this point.
This is what can be defined as sabatoge, nothing else fits the bill.
