It's Short time and when the news is bad then easy to drop SP and when news is good, same thing because who wouldn't want to buy cheap shares for a company that's doing well. For you people who bought CRWD on margin during recent run up, well your broker, the guy who also claims ownership of your shares let's the shorts borrow them for a price. If all goes well, panic follows and you get them back devalued. Tell me again the market isn't manipulated. Since Nov 9 2022 when CRWD SP peaked at $293 it's lost more than half of that after tonight's bashing. Fire Kurtz...
