Its Cylance cybersecurity solutions include CylanceENDPOINT, an integrated endpoint security solution that leverages the Cylance AI model and OneAlert EDR console. The BlackBerry UEM Suite includes the Company’s BlackBerry UEM, BlackBerry Dynamics and BlackBerry Workspaces solutions.

Say No to Spin Off

You never spin off a company while it's revenues are in decline. Any first year business student knows that. You will never maximize shareholder value. It would be a fire sale. You only spin off when revenues are on the uptick and the latest ER clearly shows us we are not there. If either Chen or the board push for a sale or spin off it would be the ultimate betrayal of investors after sticking with them for a decade.
