$BB That's a great point, wobbly. Still, the convergence of CS and IoT isn't necessarily compromised by a division or spin-off. QNX and Cylance could easily remain joined at the hip, perhaps under the aegis of a holding company, in the very way that you point out with your examples. E.g., Dell & VMware. Also, QNX has already incorporated Cylance, so there's no going back on that. We might even see a spun-off IoT entity paying small royalties to a spun-off CS. As for a resolution of the debentures, that will be another very interesting story. It's got to happen by November 13, or 4 months and 6 days from now. I feel that Watsa will most likely simply accept repayment of the $330m owed to Fairfax. As lead director, he's got to be an active part of the strategic review, and can't do anything that looks like insider trading.
