given that is a  victory for BB, made sweeter when the underdog beats the establishment you can expect that this was a demand from FACEBOOK's legal team. I suspect (without any inside intel) that has to be material , otherwise SUCKERBERG et all would be singing out loud about how it cost them pocket change and life is good.. Generally speaking, BB patent business plan is not to punish

In any event, I believe it is fair to assume the benefit to BB is nominal and not the billion(s) we hoped for.  Anything of major significance would need to be disclosed - by both parties.  JMO
