YASCH:  Here's another open question: If BB sells its Cybersecurity division after it sells the 30K patents, how would BB-IoT be valued as a standalone company?

My take is 15 billion... for starters as standalone.

Saw an article....By 2025  cybercrime estimated to be worth around $10 trillion. Can't be sure if that number includes potential hacks that didn't make the grade, stopped thanks to detection.  Cybersecurity worth not even close to that figure, think last figure I saw was around $250 bn in a few years...stand to be corrected. Thanks man! Yeah I think the momentum has been building for a while and it's going to show up all of the sudden. I personally think the pieces were in place for last few years but because of how the sale and upgrade cycles works and nature of subscription, the rev growth looks slower. Otherwise anyone that has followed the company closely knows that bb is god of cybersec and iot. Better ...more

Tsar...I'm no analyst, all I try and do is connect dots. My thought is why should the bad guys get the dough. If you're willing to fork out big money to the ransomware guys then it shouldn't be any problem paying more than you are now for the protection. Pay for quality or it's Russian Roulette (pardon the username pun).
