before it tanked con chen sold off his shares..............inside trading

Appears he exercised rights of 1 million and sold roughly 1/2 million in the public market over a month ago. Isn't he permitted to use his share assets oilgenious?

How many here genuinely anticipated the sell-off that has occurred based on the recent results and discussion? They came in better than most had projected. oilgenious; Chen sold more than a month earlier. Anyone following public or analyst coverage could have sold as well, so how does his inside information have anything to do with an improper sale of shares?   I get that no one likes
