They came in better than most had projected.

Chen sold more than a month earlier.
Anyone following public or analyst coverage could have sold as well, so how does his inside information have anything to do with an improper sale of shares?  

I get that no one likes this share price drop.
What I don't get is the lack of specific reasons behind calling for Chen to be replaced. 
With Whom? Why?
What would you recommend being done differently?
If you want to try and vote him out ... fine.
What skills would you look for in a replacement?

Simply going on someone's past success isn't going to do it.
Chen had a strong background of success and experience before coming to Blackberry.
