one solution to china and Taiwan invasion
As we have seen with Russia, blackberry's suck-up spineless CEO exited Russia business without anyone even asking him to the day Russia did special military op in Ukraine to protect their russian people.
Chen will do the same with China when they re-unite taiwan with mainland china. Chen said in past that china is the market and growth for blackberry iot/cars/etc. He will leave these companies hanging and exit blackberry.
One solution to this is for blackberry to move their headquarter to Asia or create a second headquarter in Asia. Split the company. And create a contract claus that in case where blackberry has to stop supporting China, blackberry products IPs and licensing will automatically transfer to Chinese companies. This will force Canadian government to not force Blackberry to exit Asia as all IP will be lost to china.
China market is bigger than what 5 eye countries can give to blackberry. 5 eye contracts are being lost to crwd and microsoft. Chen has to leave 5 eye and west and completely transition to Asia. Asia is where the game will be in coming years. West is falling apart and we'r just seeing the tip of it with banking. Dollar will be worth pennies when China becomes reserve currency in coming years.
Chen needs to move Blackberry to Asia so he's not forced to exit China market. This is the only solution.
What do you guys think?

why not? taiwan belongs to china and west even signed paper in the 70s. Now they are arming taiwan. there will be re-unificiation whether through war or peace. War looks likely based on how the west is arming Taiwan.

When China becomes reserve currency? You are clearly a Chinese plant like most of our 'Canadian' politicians, and scientists, and alternate police, and, and, and. Ignore. Join the heap. With Yasch gone, this board is losing its lustre.
