RE:Why Trump administration goes after Bombardier?
Last paragraph of the article,
The next step in the process is for the International Trade Commission to decide whether the Canadian government has in fact harmed Boeing by subsidizing Bombardier. The process is likely to take a year or more, and Bombardier can appeal if the ruling doesn’t go its way. So, the tariff proposal will be a moot point if Bombardier delivers the 75 airplanes to Delta before the ITC process runs its course.
There were several pricing mistakes in the article so I'm not sure if the last sentence is another mistake. As written, it seems to imply that no tariiffs will be imposed if the planes are delivered before the ITC completes its imvestigation. Runs counter to my understanding of how this works.
