RE:RE:Alstom today -3,75% 43,830 €Here is the answer:  At the maximum of the transaction value of 2.08B for CDPQ (range in agreement is 1.93B to 2.08B) and 650M for BBD (range is 500M to 650M Euro), the average price paid per Alstom including the 700M Euro in additional shares bought by CDPQ, is exactly 45 Euro.

So the price BBD is paying - 47.5 -  and what CDPQ pays - 44.45 - implies that BBD is paying CDPQ $45M USD as part of the deal.  Why we do not know.
