Yes, Canada.
This is the most liberal capitalist country in the world. You realy believe in it, and it s very nice, but you are alone...

You are not protectionist in a world where protectionisme is the norme. 

When you give trains contact to alstom you dont even ask them to build them localy.
You hate the word subventions, you even think it s illegal, in a world everybody use it as a common tool.
You even give a plane already flying 1cad instead of investing on it. :)
