This company problems have many causes but the origin of them is that it was managed by ''entrepreneurs'' like a small cap company always putting their assets at risk for an audacious deal. Betting that things will fall in place.
The magic has stopped working.
When you have billions in sales, when you are a world class company, a leader in planes and in trains, you must be run by professionnal managers able to take reasonnable and calculated risks to grow.
