I've posted, and still believe, that IMO the stock will continue in a dead money period. Like you pointed out, all of their major developments are on the table already, all the way thru 2025. Furthermore, in that 3 years a down cycle could easily happen, wiping out any potential gains and maybe more. More competition is coming, too, over that period.
But, should the stk price fall a lot more, and the macro appetite for heavily indebted, cyclical penny stks return, the stk could very well become attractive again.
