RE:RE:RE:RE:Hey Club

I agree with you totally and I also believe the bomber was left to fend for himself and not supported by the govts ... when the chit hits the fan govts are quick to check their pockets  first  ...I always said it that when you do business with the govts , if you don't screw them ( run off with the cash) or go bankrupt,  the govts will bleed you dry ... worse than any mafia ... in the bomber's case they stopped the bomber from selling to the Chinese for big bucks only to get screwed by the idiots who pressured them , in the Cseries they ended up having to take on the CDPQ as partners in order to stay afloat only  to give it away to a competitor who will keep jobs in Quebec ... I won't even try to explain the ciment plant fiasco because my blood pressure is rising ..I'm pretty sure the family learned their lesson ... GLTA

quote=Shamhorish]BBDB, DO  not get me wrong, i agree with you, bbd is right, Alstom is wrong,,, but this is not enough to win the case

i may be wrong, but in my opininon bbd will not win the case,,,,

Alstom is untouchable

supported by french gov, and supported by the caise de depot and supported by Que gov,

bbd is alone, can not assume SSSSSS courte and lawers while Alstom got the money and the finances

Alstom in t=return may sue bbd for money lost on contracts inhertide from bbd,, those are corrupt and will darg bbd into more headache

i hope i am wrong,,  but chances are ...corruption will win over who is wright and who is wrong

BBD HASNEVER WON A CASE AGAINST ALSTOM

bbd got metro montreal contract,, Alstom complained and forced itself as partner with bbd in new montreal metro carts that was suppose  to start delivery in 2014

in 2014, bbd could not get the new metro cars certified as the door opening and closing was not working properly  (doors controlled by software developed by Alstom)

Alstom took 4years, testing modifying etc (to drain bbd completly from all cash reserve since bbd could not deliver thus could not get paid)

delay was caused by Alstom,, Alstom was not penelized,, bbd paid the price

this is the same as what happened with c serries and P&W enging catching fire, it took P&W 2 years to fix the problem, then they deliver only 1 or 2 engines every 1 or 2 month

both problems happen almost at same period

imo, the goal was to bring bbd down , the problems was not bbd, but bbd paid the price , bad reputation etc....
