RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Too many scenarios and predictions

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Too many scenarios and predictions Hi Club.

The shorts dropping the SP means that the Family is going to be buying the shares cheaper from now till the R/S, even after the R/S (NCIB). Because after the R/S the Family is in essentially in the same position that we're in (the Retail investor). The cheaper the SP after the split the quicker they get a double, triple, four bagger as well. I think a $30 dollar SP is a bit too high. IMHO. I think mid 20's would be suffecient here to do away with these parasites. Exchanging posts with Ralph the other day here, Ralph made a valid point about the Family. He said that Family is trying to get out of this situation as well. They are dilluting themselves as well. I believe that the Family is skating on very thin ice right now, when it comes to credibility, or law suits, from Retail Investors. First because of the CSeries blunders & now this Eroding R/S. So they have to really try hard, to be a partner to the Retail investor right now to gain their credibility back. To attract any further Retail Investment. Or else they'll attract the Parasites again.

You're totally right about one thing though. The commissions will be heavy if they even do half the Equity Offering at a time.

But where you are 200% right is in the wording.

"The Devil will be in the details of the deal" of the kind of offering it will be. I will give an Example of that in the CSeries transaction with Airbus. When everybody here was so happy that we gave it away for $1 to Airbus. I was telling everybody to pay attention to the JV-Details. What did they do? Bombardier put in the JV that they would fully participate in cash calls for the construction & Equipment for the Alabama plant. Not only did they give away 50% for free, they gave up their right to control the CSeries, and then promissed to help Airbus in the development of the second plant, and then even promissed to pay for any short falls from the program, for 3 years. Everybody here including Bicente (who I have a lot of respect for) thought that Airbus was going to be our saviours. We got only $900M in the end for our share of the CSeries, which was what we paid into the development & shortages of the program to Airbus for 3 years after the $1 deal. "The devil is in the details" I said back then too. I knew then, that everybody thinks of their own pocket, and Bombardier HAD TO control its destiny with the CSeries, not Airbus. Well same goes here again with the Equity Offering. Put controls in the shares you sell to these carefully selected institutions who WE'RE selling OUR Equity to, so that they don't sell us all out.

If you recall back then. I was saying they were insane for doing all that. But yet those were some of the Devil's details we know about. I hope that this Family gets some help, and good advice, from people in the know, before they do another Equity Issue, because anyone of these Banks, that buy the Issue, could sell us out to a Goldman Sacks, and they could obliterate all of the remaining Eroded shares that we now will have.

I will send you a PM tomorrow on another topic.

How does it "he fact that these shorts, are dropping the SP makes it easier for the Family"

They are in the same position if willing to increase their stake.
Dropping the share price makes it more profitable for the suscribers while the underwriters make their guaranteed fees. Those who are shorting the shares and partcipate in the offer will be able to cover their current  shorting with warrants while taking the profits right away even if there is a hold period. Also the possibility that the underwriters may be wanting warrants or other incentives.

Question is what kind of offering is it ?...bought deal or not.

The devil is in the details.

For a bought deal, the banksters will want a lower price since they would be taking on a higher risk than the alternative.

BBDB859 wrote: That's exactly what I was going to say, Club. The fact that these shorts, are dropping the SP makes it easier for the Family. The other thing is, is that it's a benefit for us as well. If the R/S SP is low? The lower will be the SP, after the Split. The better off we'll be on the upside after the split. Even after the Equity offering. The quicker that we can recoup a 3 or 4 bagger. But the other idiot that thinks, that we are blaming the wrong people for the drop, is the real joke. I guess he comes from the school that says, when his little Bagel Company is making more money, selling bagels, then his bagel company worth less money on the Market. I wonder what school he went to learn that. That's why I call these idiots for what they are. Thanks for straightning them out. Some of them deserve it with a crown on their head. They are the kings of stupidity. Because their stupidity has no bounds.

At his point you can't trust who is shorting who. Or who is trying to put it to who. So it's best to just stay away. IMHO..

You think a company should advertise their offerings ahead of time ?  I have seen thise time and time again before an offering. Looks like there may be one coming but like all others, the price is usually knocked down before any announcement is made. Because they are knocking it down prior to conclusion of the RS, makes no difference. BTW...the market sentiment makes it that more easier for them
IMO it is coming more sooner than later.

why they are doing it,

why they are doing it now,

if and when they will issue new shares to pay fully or partially for the debt

one thing we know is that by 2024 intrest rate will be much much higher than now, at least by plus 2 or 3%
