imo, management last offer of $1.85/hr for the first year, 3% for the 2nd and 3rd years and 0.5% above inflation for the 4th year

1.85 increase for an employee earning 30.00/hour
1.85 /30.00 = 6%

union think is not good enough. LOL

better to give them the keys to the chop or fire them all

union was always the cause of failiure for many

i really hope management would not give in
