My pleasure Johnny; Thank you. Indeed 120 is approaching...

We were at 32 deliveries for Q4 at same date last year.
We closed at 118 and had 2 mores when results for Q421 were disclosed last February for a total of 120 for 2021.

Hope 120 deliveries could be reached before Q422 results are disclosed next February.
