Every aunt and his uncle pundit seems to have their own opinion on this subject and this so called expert is no different all the while ignoring the really intelligent factual reports that are out.
He seems to be also one that has a magnifecent grasp of the obvious while ignoring from what level the softening is coming from.

If you are up 20% from earlier years and now down to 17% as an example ..
sure this can be considered a softening from the year earlier but to me still means the sector is holding onto its gains for quite a while to come.
