for G7500 suppliers issues

for G7500 suppliers issues I didnt post for long tim evnen i folow daily , but i need to clarify this:
Regarding the comment that bombardier is taking parts from the planes and move them from Quebec to Toronto i would to say you are right .BUT what your friend and you dont know is that :
The planes when the job in Torornto is done are empty(not enough weight ) and they need to go to completion center .They cant fly empty and they are filled with balast boxes instaled in the aircraft on traks. When they arreive at completion center the balast boxes , the traks and many, many other parts  are removed and send back to Torornto. This is the procedure.
Beside the fact that if you cant comment if you have no idees wats going on ,you dont think that is kind of imposible something like what you sugest to hapend?
