I think over 10 years when you are looking at possibly losing the deal, the 13 billion will be easily recuperated in the projected 8k jobs to be created during that period.
I would also think Quebec woul benefit with the supply capability of lithium as it is the leader in lithium production with that new mine in eastern quebec that will run for 20 years
