RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Two thingsHi Pablo. The need to partially implement the "Uptic Rule" here is as important as it was in the US, as Club explained how it works. The reason I researched it was also due to Club making me aware of it, way back early in the 2018-9 shorting of the Bomber shares. The way I remembered it was that, the "uptic Rule still allows shorting. But a shorter can only the stock on the upswing of the stock. They aren't allowed to short on a downward spiral. The perfect example of the mayhem the "shorting" can cause is, is what the shorting did to the Bomnber. If you recall 2019 the "Shorting" of the Bomber shares was wicked on the way down. They just kept shorting it, as it was falling until it hit $0.25 cents. If the "Uptic Rule" was in place here in Canada that would NOT have happened as fast and as dramatically as it did. Sorry for the delay, I just read your post.
