A little off topic but since BBD always has a number of short sellers........

I strongly agree with those who often bring up the weak backbone of Cnd regulators and the trading shenanegans which occur amongts some of the brokerages. The elephant in the room is often short trading and the various rules around the strategy. Of course IIROC is always the one to point out how regulators goals are to protect small investors and that shorting strategies are often used as hedging .

IIROC is a self regulating industry trying to look honest, but who also supports players using trading startegies not readily available to small investors (at least in the practical sense). 

On another note and about GameStop and US regulators, I'm surprised the strategy actually worked. In Canada, the brokerage houses can see all the trades already entered into the trading systems as they are entered, so I'm wondering how the GME trades were entered?

While I know it is likely too soon; announcing a share buy back to take place over the next year for a set number would be nice to hear. Not a reverse split. Taking back the share of BT from Caisse would be sweet justice. Unfortunately I think best to play conservative for now.

why they would need reverse split other than going private right after, which there is a possibility since that option was brought up in the past.. but per my opinion management doesn’t care about SP at this moment since they don’t have to rise any money from the investors at this moment, so they will concentrate on the balance sheet going forward and that makes perfect sense...leaving us small
