Yesterday we had a few green flags in the report but one big red flag. This is why I got out yesterday very early for a nice profit as you can see in my past post. It was obvious that it would turn around. Now is time to build position for slingshot effect. I will start to Cha-ching around 2.12 partly. Forget 2.40 and over, won't happen in the near term. Some of us have been long for quite a while and these little price swings mean nothing.  i have over 160,000 shares that I got for $1.23 and so these little games with pushing the share price down a few days/weeks only to have it shoot back up are nothing new to me.  Anyone who has been long for a while knows that the company is doing the best it has been in at least the past 5 years

BePatient4now, I think hoping and dreaming is a part of a lot of retail investor decisions.  Look at the likes of Tesla and the multiples.  There are lots of hopes and dreams there. In the case of BBD, my thinking is not based on dreaming of some rediluous success.  My expectation is that they will build the company back into one that is industry average.  That is all that

good analysis but when you say that revenue for Q4 is going to be 'x', you can't be sure of that. yes historically Q4 is their best quarter but anything is possible at this time : they need to keep pumiping planes out starting next week otherwise sp will take another dump

Alexcanada, The number is not a guess.  It is calculated by using the average price per plan so far this year and the number of planes needed to hit 120 deliveries.  Since BBD confirmed on the call there will be 120 deliveries this year and there are only 2 months left, it would be exceedingly stupid for BBD (since they know when deliveries are scheduled) to say 120 and then not deliver

Was not able to listen to the call yet. Thanks for the heads up. Even if they have a supply chain issue, it will not impact Q4 since they are supposed  to have everything in inventory at this time.

We really do not know. They said they will meet 2021 delivery goal of 120 jets, but the market is betting they will have problem in short and long run,,,, that is why bbd.b dropped on good q3 results

If that were true, then there would have to have been some information from the Q3 results or the earnings call that would have caused the market to conclude that what they believed on the 27th was not correct.  It is silly to think that could have come from BBD beating guidance on earnings and explaining on the call that they are confident that BBD will meet guidance.  Nothing about

Bombardier is often described as a pure play business. One product. Along with that comes certain advantages and risks. Can never seem to get away from risk in the SM.
