Based on my personal expierience. > 5 companies I held shares after R/S, without exceptions, all went down closed to nothing left. I was burnt enough to warn all 
my fellow shareholders not to choose this route. It might be true that fund managers 
prefer stocks over $5, shorters still nakeshort them regardless what the stock prices are. Give Bomber a chance to bring the price back to 5$ before  diluting it now.

Did you even see or read the prospectus? It asks Shareholder to spesifically vote for Pierre B or against Pierre B. It also asked on another line to vote for EM or against EM. If what you say is true, than why do they include that right to shareholders? Or why sould shareholders,even ever believe in voting here. I am curious to know what are the 5 companies which went down after a reverse split. I'm sceptical. A reverse split is not a game changer, nothing fondamental will be change, it only helps. Maybe, you have a poor judgement in your choice of companies. We can make mistakes, lost 5, 10% with some of our decisions, 1 or 2 very with bad losses but 5 to nothing left, Pffffftttt!

I should say that  of the companies were list outside Canada. When I start buying Bombardier many years ago, a sound company then. I made the right dicision to bat on the C serious. It was sucessfully built and fly. The C serios was well received by the airline companies which fly them. They even  received orders from the U.S. and Baltic Airlines. In fact it was the best

Secondone, I am not going to name the companies here, knowing that it is useless.  It is normal to be skeptical about any  story  posters mentioned in this board.  I did not make a penny by reviewing my story. In fact my opinion or others would not  change the sp or the outcome of the RS result. It is up to you to believe or not my made up story. Actually I am just happy

Dreamer05 - Naming the 5 companies is not useless. It would prove your point. You can either name them, takes a minute I guess, or not, which would suggest your post was an exageration. You just took way longer than that to explain why you won't. I'm with you and bicente on this, the sky is blue... based on the last few quarters, I hope it's a strong trend.

There is enough writing about a so tiny point for this board, we all already understood that they never exist.  More you will write on that topic without naming them more your credibility will be take away. The whole thread is useless, who cares! Most on this board act like teenagers, sad but true. R/S changes nothing unless there is action after the fact like dilution. The R/S doesn't dilute your position so wht does it matter. All I know I need this TURD to move up so I can sell some of my position.
