i may be wrong but i like that tone,  final offer take it or leave it those union guys are the worst, they create problem just to justify their being there,,, it is difficult time for all but, imo, management should be firm

Shamhorish, can you imagine going on strike, with the Reverse Split coming on, or before! This stock would fall below a dollar, and pretty fast too, let's hope not!

Sham - I don't believe union  guys create problems, maybe some do but unions are needed nevertheless... used to be that owners didn't consider worker's right much. Let's say at worst a union is the lesser of two evils and at best more of an equalizer.

MyName, you may be right,  i realy do not recall the detail of first offer, but the argment was that inflation is high at agout 5-6-6.7% and i think bbd offered 2.5% first year and x% second and 3rd year,  it was refused what did they want, a 5-6-7% pay increase !!! do not forget that bbd employees are very well paid to start with if the company are doing well, well there could be

I'm writting blah blah that everyones knows here.. lol It's always the same things with negociations, in the beginning management offers too litlle and unions asks for too much and eventually they end up somewhere in between, not necessarily the middle. Of course we, and none of these 2 sides, want this to impact the business negatively. The best negociation results is when the 2 sides
