just repeat what they have announced in the Preliminary Full-Year 2022

or will they add some other good news?

Good news? Net profits per share, the debts payments and maybe a new backlog. They announced the preliminary results because the deliveries was 123 against 118, BBD read all post on Stockhouse and they don't want false news, all analysts tought the deliveries was 118.

I think they did a smart thing even if it wasn't required by any rule. They did a pre-emptive strike IMO on any negative placed news and certainly caught those shorts off guard. I don't think there is anything material coming out of the release unless done prior. There is that 400 million and see if it is a full return. That's already accounted for in the filings but not able to be

It has to do with bond sales/redemption so close to q4 results.  By law they have to release pre q release if its close to actual q release.  This is why you dont usually see pre q results.  It is to give those who want to buy bond to know a rough idea of company finances.

I have the same question: Why now?   With 350M$ FCF on the Q4 (minus the 200 M$ debt buyback) + the release of he 400 M$ freeze amount jan 29, they could buyback 500 M$ debt in february. Then after that, make the debt offering. Maybe with 500 M$ less debt they could have better conditions. The 7,5% rate and the B3 credit rating are a deception for me. My opinion is that they already
