as said " si un appel d’offres est lanc, du remplacement des aronefs multimissions et de lutte anti-sous-marine canadiens (jusqu’ 16 appareils)." if Ottawa allowed bbd to bid, yes, there might be a bigger opportunity to get more contract world wide but if Ottawa closed eyes on its own , then that would be like shouting to kill bbd on the back if Gov of a country does not
