Many people were selling the idea that bbd chart show that a golden cross was acheived \
and BIG JUMP UP  in price are in the works

since then, bbd.b has been tanking

For the Golden Cross to come undone the 50 dma would have to sink back below the 200 DMA. Not going to happen anytime soon. So the Golden Cross lives!
