Acquisition Speculation

Acquisition SpeculationIt seems United Technologies, the parent company of Pratt and Whitney, which builds a number of engines for Bombardier, including the new GTF for C series, is arranging financing in preparation for a major acquisition.

No word of who UTX might have in its sights, but companies like Goodrich and Rockwell Collins appear to be up significantly on takeover speculation:
