It's a technical event.. Some got in on/after July 22nd and were using July 22nd low of $1.47 as their "stop out" price. BBD hit this price this week and it triggered stops.. Shorts also used a break below $1.47 as a signal to short since they knew many longs would give up. This is how short-term trading works.
