Or get rid of the multi class shares, prefs divs. They need a real big fish to do the private thing though. A Blue whale. Hate to say it but best this is conversion to class a or b and a reverse split. Someone posted that a while ago, but i hated it. Starting to think they are right.

Conversion would inflate class a, reverse split would decrease there majority. And if they trumped it in favor of themselves, i would join the multiple class actions.
