I bet you the application is in created for prefb and prefc already. I would also bet that it is about to be submitted ha ha. Still a good price on market evaluation. 

But people are scared, bulls like me at this price may be sniffing. And who knows. But i like the price. Kilo and AA did come very close to hitting price.
