Today as the market tries to sort out how to value the shares the facts on the ground are that the $billion dollar question of financial support is just a matter of when not if.  
All on it's own a signed support agreement will move the price floor up a notch or two. An agreement will also be a signal to the airlines that they can safely take the decisions needed to buy more of these C series planes. That'll get the ball rolling for sure!
A little more patience and this should be an easy win-win (and perhaps a real quick double:).
