But there will be Q400 orders.. 

I remember someone said something about Q400 on the board a couple weeks ago..

again there. it's just pure speculation..


The article doesn't say there will be Q400 orders. It does say there will be a big announcement related to the Q400 programme. 
There is also a hint in the article that there may be Cseries conversion of options to firm orders announced.
