RE:The more you dig on these delivery halts...You can also find similar info regarding the Swiss contract with the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) from a local newspaper - saying that the delays are mostly due to the enormous number of change requests - each involving rounds of discussions and negotiations - information which can be summed up to: BBD seems to be delivering as per its contractual obligations, once again.

Add to that the ridiculous and very public 3-days halt from New-York City Transit - which once again was "a tempete dans un verre d'eau" and you can make your own conclusions. BBD is the easy target now - it's taking sh*t for others...

Seems very convenient these days to just blame it all on the Bomber. That's a problem in itself as the relationship with customers if extremely important, but it goes to show that the game is more political than anything else.
