Are you speculating on a guys free time. Maybe he meant that the guy was installing his dock on his secondary home. Who cares!? I know a guy who works at Bombardier and has to do business travels every month. He also has a secondary job which is also a passion. And you know what, he also has a secondary property on a lake an hour and a half from home. Some people just like being busy. Again, who cares, and it's none of our business. Now you take that information or you don't, that's it. Have a great weekend , because you know what is worst than installing docks on the weekend? It's to spend it on a stock market bullboard.
