RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Thunder Bay and TTCMore like you ignoring the reality and resort to insult to hang on to your believe. I post on Bombardier because i an invested in it and work in canadian aerospace industry which gives me more insight then you on where the industry is going. The truth is Global jets are build in ON and the truth is that Hroux-Devtek also came out of QC to work on new contract for 777-300 and 777x landing gear. You are running in circles for sure.

You seem to know it all and all I see is you posting on Bombardier...
So far of what you said nothing has come true or has made any sense...even your reasoning for Global in TO as if you know all the circumstances behind every decision.
sounds like you were on the negotiating table when that deal was made You stick to your beliefs and never mind my History knowledge of Quebec as I can run circles around you on that. You sound like a narcissitic buffoon prentending to have all the answers all the while so focused on Bombardier a 50 cent stock.
Bullvsbear99 wrote: Maybe you should brush up on auto history in QC first before making a comment like that. Quebec is loosing the aerospace race industry too. Why did Hroux-Devtek open facility in Kitchener instead of Longueuil or near by city in QC. Why didn't bombardier move Global FAL to QC. Thats a golden opportunity missed by QC to bring aerospace jobs in. You already proofed the point that keeping 2 a220 FAL is expensive. Which one do you think AB will close. Is AB going to upset American by closing Mobile dont think so. QC and Montreal is not the center of the universe anymore. Fed's wont put any money into QC. They will loose vote from BC and Alberta. They will loose ON if they dont give as much to ON as QC if they do give. All province are taking care of themselves. ON knows auto industry is dying and they are now attracting aerospace companies. Aerospace is for QC to loose and they haven't done much favor to bombardier. Other companies watched how they didn't help. But its okay you keep looking at trees and forest.

QC said goodbye to auto industry and looks like they doing the same for aerospace." Strange comparison since most of the auto industry is in Ontario while Quebec could not compete logistically with ontario in that sector with all the co reliant US and Canadian markets.
Then according to you, Quebec would rather lose totally Aerospace and moving the Global to Toronto was totally under different circumstances. So according to you..quebec doesn;t care about.
Looks like you are missing the forest for the trees in the scheme of things.
Bullvsbear99 wrote: The union and bombardier is asking for early contract. No one besides bombardier is crying UNCLE Its not going to work. ON care less about saving 200 jobs at TB its all about Southern ON jobs. Aerospace in QC is dying too. If QC cared then the new Global Assy plant would have moved to QC but since QC didn't give any consideration the Global moved to YYZ. I think the new challenger will be derivative of Global jet and will be build at YYZ. Original challenger jets were stretched into Global Express and CRJ line of aircraft. Now they will do the opposite. Global 7500 fuselage shorten, with new wings and smaller engines will do the trick with same cockpit as Global to reduce R&D cost and keep commonality. If not for Pratt Canada Mirabel facilities then aerospace in QC is shrinking. QC said goodbye to auto industry and looks like they doing the same for aerospace.

They were willing throw Bombardier under the TRAIN (pun Intended) and so was the Quebec media in fact.
If Alstom tries to play hardball for concessions, I would say take the 75 million charge and nix the deal and leave the fallout to the Ontario and fed government forcing Quebec to come up with some cash to save the Aerospace in Quebec.
That's the way I see it as the times they are a changing !
