we are the last to know

may be it was planned sometime ago,

may be it is necessary for accelerating production for some new contracts

IMO, bt must keep working as if there no chang of hands, till Alstom ossecially take over

they can not stop and say ok we wait till Alstom take over then we do this or that, they must do what is to be done for best of BT

and i think this in some way will benefit BT, how? i do not know
