CDPQ  will be making the money now and taking all the heat ..no more excuses about the family , jobs for cash will continue but the family will not partake ... we building shiny new planes that everyone around the world want and are willing to pay big bucks for .. profits are coming as soon as this year ... So naive...

A foreign companie stay only if there is local orders. 
On the other side, a state always impose local production when they order something.
So if they want airbus to stay, they will have to order planes. 
It s allways a mater for raport de force when you deal with a foreign company. That why it s important to protect your companie, and dont let them fall in foreign hands.

But annyway, bbd is the global now. Cseries is an old story.
