Easy there Sham. Now we'll owe them money. Where do you get that? That's just your positivity side speaking. We're not in court here. Europe has laws too. Maybe the worse that could happen is that we don't get everything. I'm ok getting $200M to $300M too.

IMO, BBD WILL GET NOTHING OUT OF IT, AND MAY BE PENELIZED AND PAY aLSTOM FEW MILLIONS

THOSE ARE FRENCH, WETHER bbd is right or wrong does not matter, french will win the case,,,they will cook it, sauce it, and bbd will loose

i do not trust Alstom for $1

bbd better forget it,, and bbd can turn the page,,bbd can manage without another the bitterness and disappointment of loosing a case, Alstom are theives, forget it
