RE:Luxury Tax came into effect Sept 1, 2022

RE:Luxury Tax came into effect Sept 1, 2022This will apply to individual buyer/user only.  If the aircraft is bought for charter business, or is owned by company to transport employees etc then these taxes dont apply.

Keep in mind some high net worth individual buy bizz jets and have it registered and operate under a charter company.  Where they have access to their own jet or another individuals jet if their own jet is not available... being used by other owners.  Sort of like jet sharing with your own jets.  Dont know how the tax will apply to this.  In this scenario technically you are an owner of charter company and paying to use your own jet.
