RE:This NR by TCS is more important than seen at first glance I hope this isn't a catch up effort, but if it is, at least better late than never. My wife is a CTO and says that, in general, SAP implementations are expensive (often tens of millions of $'s), and are usually 2-3x the budgeted cost and time. And, if they're using developers in India, caution is needed. Those projects are especially hard to manage.
The net is, don't expect much of anything out of this effort for years, except a cash drain.
