market manipulators do their thing with these small trades ... if they need shares they push the price down and they can push the price up if the want to dump shares ... I've been denied sales/ buys and orders not filled , then  as soon as I remove my order the price goes straight to where I placed my order ... manipulation at it's best ..the only difference now is that they have less of a float to play with  AND less "loose hands "to deal with .. MM can no longer expose "their " shares because of the fear of them being bought up by investors,  forcing MM to have to buy those shares at a premium ... the walls they put up are smaller also  ... don't get wrong , they still have control of the shares but their hold is minor compared to years ago ... the spring is wound up tight these days ... GLTA
