if the MM see that they can't buy at lower prices they walk it up to where loose hands sell and take the profit ... and they do the same the other way too ... basically traders selling to each other until retail takes a profit ... this goes on until the bubble bursts , rinse and repeat ... when you have a solid stock it is harder to manipulate but they still do it ... GLTA
