How much $ will need to be spent by Bombardier to develop such a plane? And when? Such investment is not in their 2025 Plan, and could easily be considered negatively by the stk mkt while Bombardier is still burdened by a large debt load.

And will Dassault squeeze them on the high end, with their 2025 plane that's supposedly wider than the 8000?
