How nice it is to be loved -however,never fall in love with a stock -
get it cheap and sell it at a profit -
a good example is the stock UGE  got it at .60 cents and it hit 3.19 yesterday -
The Bomber was at .40 not too long ago -it was a good buy at that price -got close to .80
and is now trading around .71-75 
don't fall in love with this stock -
many of you have and have lost lots of money -
anyway lets see what happens when they report their earnings

That,s easy to say it was $0.40, and got close to $0.80, but if you paid $0.80 or $1.25, and goes down to $0.40, we only see this after not before, cause if knew everyone woud of waited to drop even below$0.40! Once the shots are done is easy to say that, but try to predict a SP, no one is good at that anyway!

do not be surprised to see  drop in bbd.b sh P on or after 29 Jan, when Alstom close BT deal as M. Fools and G&M may come out screeming about LTD size and how proceeds are too little and they may show negative outlook to help market to drop sh P the rise, i expext on or after 11 feb, after Q4 and full 2020 resylts if bbd show free cash flow the rise will be noticable,  do not take

As you say if we hit $1, or $1.20, if you paid $0.30, or $0.35, the poucentage is same as you paid $1, and goes to $4, what is the differance in pourcentage, nothing!

Doesn’t when to sell depend on what your strategy was at the time of purchase, your financial situation and time horizon. There is so much involved when purchasing stock shares, all vitally important when it comes to your financial  health.

when you buy a stock at $1.00 asi it was in 2016, and came even below $0.80, and got to over $5 in 2018, and don't sell in a short period of two years, well there is a problem! Getting greedy, pays no one, as we see this today! Calculating profits on paper, doesn't worth noting as long as the check is not in your pocket! A freind of mine didn't take while making $500k on Nortel

"A friend of mine" got a buch of BBD at around 0.26... sold part of his shares on each strong bounce, bought more when it dropped... and will keep doing this for a long period... smart...

I would be surprised that your freind bought a bunch at $0.26, didn't stay there long at that price! But he won't be doing this for a long time, cause when sp rises, will pay more, and less shares!
