Open and close at $0.69

This is not the only day where sp is down and then close at same price as open. Opposite has happened where sp opens high and by the close time its back to same price. Any thoughts? Manipulation to accumulate perhaps.

who knows that is their game brought it down to cdn $ 0.61, to endthe day at 0.69 may they will repeat same thing tomorrow with even bigger drop below 0.61????
