It s ok, it s business as usual. Every non US company are under thread of US investigation. Generaly it just mean they are anxious, or they want to negociate something on an other subject. Newspaper will regret the old days when BBD was missing its targets , has huge production delays and get involved in doubtful deals.  The financial presentation today just showed that mangement is doing the good thing and are trustful.
