Is there a BRJ coming
Regional airlines are not happy that the only game in town for Regional jet is Embraer. In fact some US Regional are looking to refresh the CRJ line. Just a question if Bombardier is going to make a Bombardier Regional jet based on Global jet. Global is heavy and won't make the US pilot clause but a lot of equipment used to make Global self sufficient can be removed for Regional jet operations. A smaller fuel tank will also make the Global meet the range requirement. Plus Bombardier can build the BRJ and Global on same FAL in Toronto. Of course this is just me asking the question but Bombardier can easily do the conversion. I know they are out of commercial market but this will be no different then making the Global for other applications. Similar to military applications etc.

100%. The shorts and the press spent years disparaging the company until EM arrived and BT was disposed of. They finally woke up and realized how good Bombardier was at what they did and the consequences when you no longer have the innovations and competition they bring to the table. The scary part is how it was our very own throwing them under the bus all this time.
